The Moroccanoil product dispenser was designed in direct response to the epidemic that is disposable travel products. The dispenser was designed for luxury hotels as a way to combat travel waste in the form of mini single use product bottles most commonly found in hotels. Each element of the dispenser was thoughtfully designed to reduce the amount of waste produced from single use shower products as well as optimization for both staff and guest. The dispenser design still allows for the iconic features of the brand to shine through including the amber glass bottle alongside the bright teal packaging. The glass bottle has the ability to be recycled indefinitely, the metal wall-mounted hinge with it's long life-span also has the ability to be recycled, while the silicone reservoir with the vacuum seal can be burned and commercially composted.
